Welcome! I’m Hayley,

I was born and raised in Tasmania, where my love for nature and community was first shaped. Living in a small town, surrounded by a neighbourhood of support taught me the importance of ‘being’ in community. Living on an island that harnesses many elements of nature, including the bush, mountains, the ocean, rivers, farm life and often four seasons in one day offered me a deep connection to mother nature and her wild abilities. Now living on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, I bring my Tasmanian roots into everything I do.

My passion for supporting women was born from my own experiences navigating pregnancy, birth and motherhood and has continued to evolve as my journey as a woman and mother continues.

As a Mother and Holistic Women’s Health Practitioner I understand the profound journey of womanhood, its joys, challenges, and transformative moments.

With certifications as a yoga teacher, birth and postpartum doula, womb hara massage therapist, ceremonialist and postpartum bodyworker, I support women through all seasons of life and hold deep reverence for honouring key transitional times in a woman’s life.

Through my offerings, I offer a safe space for women to be held, whether you’re longing to reconnect with your inner self or are seeking community and support.
